We recently recruited and built a Marketing team of seven for one of our client’s
EMEA headquarters in the UK. With all previous marketing activity deriving from
their US headquarters, the decision to establish a Marketing team in the UK was
a strategic decision and a very important objective for this organisation.
Working on an exclusive basis with our client to recruit this team, we initially
consulted on salary bands and benefits that should be offered. As their
recruitment needs spanned three of our divisions – Marketing, PR and Creative – we
assigned a project consultant to be one point of contact to coordinate the recruitment
process across all divisions, hence simplifying the process for our client.
The types of roles we recruited encompassed senior level Marketing roles at shareholder
level, mid level Communication roles and junior level Graphic Design roles, with
basic salaries spanning from £25,000 - £85,000.
