recruiting across divisions
When one of our luxury
retail clients was due to launch a new clothing range,
they approached us to recruit a Head of Design and
a Senior Garment Technician for the development of
their upcoming line. Several weeks later when
the range was near completion, they found themselves in need of a contract
PR Consultant to manage all press & media coverage and gain exposure
for their new line. As we were the only recruiters who covered the full
creative spectrum, including both PR and Fashion & Retail, they came
to us.
This trend soon continued as other vacancies arose within their Head
Office. Eventually
they approached our Marketing and Creative Divisions, and we soon recruited
their new Marketing Director and two Senior Designers for their point of
sale and packaging design.
Knowing that they could turn to one consultancy and have one port of
call for all their Creative Recruitment was a breath of fresh air to
our client. In the past, they would brief four specialist recruitment
agencies in order to fill
these four roles. Now, they could brief one consultancy who would deliver
on all four requirements, essentially covering all their creative recruitment
needs at once.
Today they continue to work with us as their exclusive creative recruitment
supplier, filling all of their Creative, Marketing, PR and Fashion & Retail
recruitment needs.
