Recruiting through Profiles Creative is a consultative, specialised approach to recruitment. At Profiles Creative, the recruitment process begins by meeting with one of our consultants. This meeting will help us to understand your priorities for the position, including skill set, areas of expertise, goals to be achieved and your organisation’s unique culture. Because our Consultants have a minimum of five years of industry experience, our meetings are always consultative in nature. You can feel free to question us about anything: the suitability of your brief, candidate availability, expected salaries, timing and even market conditions.

Our recruitment process works like this:

Establish and agree objectives to achieve
Propose a solution or a shortlist of candidates
