Freelance Producer – High-End Fashion Brand

Location: Paris-based | Availability: 2–3 days per week (Jan–Mar), with flexibility around key production and show dates

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Producer to support a luxury fashion brand through a busy production period. This role will oversee end-to-end shoot production, from pre-production planning to final delivery, across campaign content, runway assets, backstage coverage and digital outputs.

You’ll manage crews, talent, schedules, locations and budgets, while coordinating logistics, call sheets, permits and production timelines. Close collaboration with creative, brand and external production partners is essential to deliver work that meets the highest luxury standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience producing high-end fashion shoots
• Strong background in full-cycle production
• Experience with fashion show content (runway, backstage, digital)
• Exceptional organisation, communication and detail management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium fashion environment

Nice to Have:
• Paris-based crew/supplier network
• Experience with luxury or premium fashion houses
