Project Co-ordinator – Luxury Brand

Full-time ongoing temp | January start
Fully remote, with ad hoc travel to London and Europe

A fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised luxury brand, supporting their Store Creative team with full operational coordination. This role suits someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing logistics, suppliers, purchase orders and budgets across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage decorative elements for store openings and brand image projects across EMEA
• Daily Ariba purchase order processing
• Build and maintain strong supplier and freelancer relationships
• Track and manage budgets with accuracy and cost control
• Oversee international shipping schedules to ensure timely, damage-free delivery
• Troubleshoot operational challenges to meet deadlines and brand standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure all creative elements align with brand guidelines
