Job description

You will use your top-notch planning skills to efficiently organise the in-house team, ensuring the talented Designers and Copywriters know what’s expected of them and when it’s needed by. 


You will work closely with the Head of Content and Marketing Directors to manage and execute requests. And you'll obsess over hitting deadlines while ensuring the creative talent have the support they need to do their best work.


Responsibilities:

  • Project manage all traffic to the content team. Managing all requests and briefing freelancers and agencies correctly

  • Lead the Content team and be responsible for performance and development

  • Work collaboratively with the Brand Creative team

  • Manage the Content calendar

  • Keep key project stakeholders up to speed with progress against briefs

  • Oversee sign off and approval process for all creative and copy

  • Run weekly resource and project status meeting

  • Maximise content impact and performance for each target audience

  • Work closely with the Content Director to identify where new content creation is required and ensure all channel requirements are included

  • Develop new creative brief templates to be used by the wider marketing team

  • Ensure all creative content gets approved by before circulating to the correct channel


Skills:

  • An insanely organised and highly meticulous planner

  • Strategic mindset for planning of content and brand positioning

  • A fusspot about detail with a relentless commitment to delivering outstanding work to agreed deadlines

  • Microsoft Office and Photoshop (InDesign bonus)

  • Strong digital and partnership knowledge

  • Experience managing and segmenting email campaigns

  • Analytical skills of a high level
