3 Monkeys handed Calor PR brief

Calor has chosen 3 Monkeys to assist with promoting its brand to the public.

Under the terms of the deal, the PR jobs provider will be responsible for raising the awareness of the liquefied petroleum gas producer, PR Week reports.

It will especially be targeting the estimated two million households that do not have access to a mains gas supply and board director at 3 Monkeys Stuart Ywardsley - who will be leading a team of five consultants working on the account - was quoted by the news source as saying that the aim is to get Calor back in the minds of customers.

"We want to capitalise on the Calor heritage while revitalising the brand, highlighting its innovative approach and making it relevant for a new generation of consumers," he remarked.

Calor is the latest large firm to secure 3 Moneky's services, with the agency also working for Microsoft, Skype, Royal Mail and Waitrose.ADNFCR-2176-ID-19592854-ADNFCR
