Delaney Lund Knox Warren wins Digital UK account

21 Jan
Delaney Lund Knox Warren (DLKW) has been appointed to oversee advertising business for Digital.

The creative agency will be responsible for the £4 million account, replacing Abbott Mead Vickers (AMV) BBDO.

Digital UK, which is tasked with raising awareness of the digital television switchover among the UK public, began the pitching process last year.

DLKW's first task is likely to be producing a campaign aimed at the disabled and those over 70.

Marketing director at Digital UK Beth Thoren praised the work that AMV did, adding that there is "virtually universal" awareness of the switchover.

"Going forward, we feel that DLKW will be best positioned to take us through the next stage as we prepare to switch the rest of the UK," Marketing Week quoted her as saying.

DLKW, which is based in London, has also produced work on behalf of Burger King, House of Fraser, Halifax and Vauxhall.ADNFCR-2176-ID-19570995-ADNFCR
