Fallon secures French Connection account

French Connection is to launch a new television marketing campaign after appointing Fallon to oversee its advertising operations.

The fashion brand gave the account to the creative jobs provider without a pitch and is set to introduce black-and-white TV spots this Sunday.

According to mad.co.uk, the promotional film will air on Sky One during the new series of 24 and features a man and a woman dressed in the labels spring/summer line.

Founder and chairman of French Connection Stephen Marks said that the firm has "created an impactful and intelligent campaign".

He added that the creative "enables us to speak to our male and female customers in a clever and effective way, whilst reaffirming our premium status on the high street".

French Connection has become the latest high-profile brand to be handled by Fallon. The agency has also produced work for Skoda, Sony, Eurostar, Innocent Smoothies and Orange.

It picked up second place in the recent Ad of the Decade show ran on ITV1 for its Cadbury's spot featuring a drumming gorilla.ADNFCR-2176-ID-19599229-ADNFCR
