Lewis PR picks up Emma Bridgewater account

Lewis PR has been selected to promote the 25th birthday of homeware brand Emma Bridgewater.

The agency has been called in to manage print, broadcast and social media marketing that will be launched to coincide with the event, PR Week reports.

Chief operating officer of the PR Jobs provider Paul Charles told the news source that the focus of the campaign will be the handmade designs produced by the British company.

"We can't wait to start on what is going to be an innovative campaign aimed at raising Emma Bridgewater's overall brand profile," he told the news source, adding that the company, which is based in Stoke-on-Trent, is a "true showcase of British design talent".

Mr Charles - who joined the agency in October 2009 having previously spearheaded Virgin Atlantic's 25th anniversary campaign - said Lewis PR is set to become "a real powerhouse" in consumer PR.
