New strapline for Nivea TV campaigns

In news that may interest those looking for creative jobs, Nivea is to adopt a new brand position by marketing all of its products under the strapline 'Feel Closer'.

According to a story in Marketing Magazine, the strategy has been drawn up by DraftFCB London, with three new TV campaigns implementing the new slogan.

Commenting on the approach, Nicolo Pome, UK managing director at Nivea's parent company Beiersdorf, suggested the advertising push is designed to boost engagement with consumers.

She is quoted by the publication as stating: "The DraftFCB strategy and the creative execution by both our agencies give a clear role for the brand showcasing our extensive product range and celebrating our expertise in skin care."

It could be said that Nivea's online magazine may provide an effective platform for promoting its products.
