The Big Partnership wins Transport Scotland account

06 Jan
PR consultancy the Big Partnership has been appointed by the national transport agency for Scotland after a competitive battle with the government's roster agencies.

Transport Scotland is embarking on several high-profile infrastructure projects in the near future, including one at the Forth Replacement Crossing and several others on the country's motorways.

According to PRWeek, the Big Partnership will provide integrated communications support for the government's transport arm, with a contract running from January 2010 to mid-2012.

The group's offices in Glasgow and Fife will be leading the projects and account directors Kathryn McKee, Allan Buchan and Gavin Cameron will be responsible for overseeing any schemes.

Having worked on the Forth Replacement Crossing since 2007, the PR company's stakeholder engagement efforts are set to continue thanks to the new appointment.

The Big Partnership has previously worked with firms such as Deloitte, BT, the Scottish Consumer Council and the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.ADNFCR-2176-ID-19541517-ADNFCR
