Virgin chooses Bite to promote Digital Help

Bite Communications has been selected by Virgin to carry out PR for its new consumer service.

The agency will be promoting Virgin Digital Help, which aims to provide customers with solutions to any problems they may have with their digital equipment, PR Week reports.

It secured the work following a four-way pitch and the account will be headed by director Rachel Gilley.

She will liaise with customer services director at Virgin Digital Help Tim Dowling and its chief executive officer Joe Steel, who said Bite was the clear winner of the pitching process.

"Bite's enthusiasm to work with us on such an important launch ? made the decision to choose Bite as the PR agency of choice an easy one," he was quoted as saying, adding that the agency also displayed "creativity when asked to demonstrate its attributes.

The firm, which has an office in west London, has also overseen projects for T4 and Taiwanese mobile phone manufacturer HTC.ADNFCR-2176-ID-19518754-ADNFCR
