Job description (Senior) CRM Executive - Major Lifestyle Brand

Rare opportunity to join this exciting high-growth business at an exciting time of ongoing digital investment. As part of their ongoing journey, we are looking for an excellent communicator with flawless attention to detail and a commercial edge. Crucially, you will need experience delivering end-to-end CRM activity, ideally with within a fast paced, retail lead business.

We are looking for an email focused CRM Executive or Email Marketing Coordinator, with an strong sense of creativity, balanced with an analytical mindset.

Role Overview:

Key responsibilities
* Work with Head of Marketing and respective teams on development and set up of the CRM programme in alignment with agreed business objectives
* Develop the plan and content / creative briefs to support agreed activity including overseeing the briefing process of e-mail, landing pages and other agreed digital touchpoints for omnichannel campaigns
* Develop and execute the plan to drive client data collection across all our stores and through digital touch points
* Optimise client communication activity across sms, e-mail, push notifications to communicate, engage and increase basket value i.e. salon visits and spent, elevating client experience with the brand and driving client retention
* Design/deliver and update trigger automated emails i.e. welcome, birthdays, preferences, post appointment loyalty sign up, recommend a friend etc and seasonal marketing campaigns
* Support the ongoing optimisation of the new client and staff app
* Manage, cleanse and segment client data for agreed targeted marketing activities
* Project manage email delivery, working with all stakeholders to agree creative, messaging, segments/recipients, timings and schedules
* Test, track and optimise all emails / sms / campaign activity. Conduct analysis and reporting in order to determine key metrics. Interpret and report email results to relevant stakeholders
* Monitor relevant e-mail / digital trends in sales and marketing to ensure use of the best tools and insights to drive consumer engagement and purchase
