Rare opportunity to join this much loved highstreet fashion brand at a time of ongoing digital investment As part of their continued journey, this exciting brand is looking for a talented eCommerce Executive ready for a progressive move. Crucially, you will have an engrained passion for delivering data driven enhancements to the customer journey, experience in driving value through segmentation, personalisation, testing and continuous site optimisation within a digitally advanced business. We are looking for demonstrated experience executing personalisation and optimisation roadmaps including the creation of customer segments, running and analysing A/B and MVT tests.
You will also need to be highly versed in coordinating multiple work streams and have the ability to manage priorities and multiple stakeholder expectations.

(Senior) Digital Optimisation Executive - Major Highstreet Fashion

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for managing the continuous improvement roadmap from cross functional idea generation, hypothesis development, prioritisation, QA and the results feedback loop.

* Ownership of the optimisation programme to deliver against commercial targets to achieve incremental revenue through improving defined KPI set (notably conversion rate).
* Create performance and hypotheses testing reports to feed both short term tactical goals and longer-term strategic roadmap
Analyse and evaluate tests, creating accessible documentation & feedback- reporting on results and devising iterations on concepts
* Work collaboratively with CRM team to prove, build & scale segmentation and personalisation strategy
* Utilise varying tools to provide usable and actionable insight and feed continuous optimisation roadmap
* Identifying existing barriers to conversion through customer journey mapping & assist in enhancing experience through A/B testing
* Quantify & deliver value of continuous optimisation roadmap
* Work with the ecommerce trading team to support trading plans for specific campaigns, making recommendations to drive conversion goals
* Work in conjunction with ecommerce product managers and UX teams to execute and manage feature testing alongside creating experiences that customers find intuitive, engaging & enjoyable, leading to frequency of return
* Build a partnership with tech teams & external business partner responsible for building and executing tests
* Manage a broad range of stakeholders through concept to delivery and analysis spanning CX, marketing, ecommerce and technology.
* Drive continual improvement in consumer experience through insight and benchmarking of competitor activity.
