Job description (Senior) Wholesale Manager - Luxury Beauty Brand - London

Excellent opportunity to join this distinctive luxury beauty brand at a exciting time of growth. We are looking for an established Wholesale Manager, comfortable working in a entrepreneurial environment and who is driven by the rewards of working with a high-growth business. The successful candidate will be highly numerical, target-driven, commercial and passionate about working within the beauty industry.

The Role
Responsible for establishing, growing and maintaining strategic relationships with our UK retail partners to deliver sales targets, assisting the Head of UK Retail in the management of all buying relationships as well as working with the Regional Managers to support with driving business in store. The successful candidate will be highly numerical, target-driven, commercial and passionate about working within the beauty industry.

Key Accountabilities
* Plan, coordinate and execute new product launches with Head of Retail - UK & Ireland and retailers to achieve maximum sales results.
* In collaboration with the Brand Manager, execute Retail sites in store, ensuring tester and sample stock levels are sufficient.
* Set Retail targets for promotional events in store.
* Support and attend event set up and sites.
* Complete Retail evaluation reports (verbal/written).
* Analyse weekly sales and KPI results, reporting these to Head of Retail - UK & Ireland.
* Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams with Head of Retail - UK & Ireland, using knowledge of the different retail accounts.
* Work closely with the Operations team to ensure stock levels are in line with demand, sharing forecasts and conducting sales analysis.
* Build strong relationships with internal sales team, store management and Head Office Buyers.
* Collaborate with NPD, PR and Marketing to develop sales strategies and investigate merchandising opportunities to improve market share on all product lines.
* Able to conduct meetings autonomously with Buyers and represent the brand effectively.
* Complete commission reports, rotas and other ad hoc reports.
* Interpret short and long-term effects on the sales strategies and report the results to the Head of Retail - UK & Ireland.
