We are looking to recruit an experienced account director to join this creative agency based in Surrey that work with a fantastic portfolio of blue chip clients.
This is a key role for the agency and you will form part of the senior management team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The management of client relationships at the highest level;
The management and progression of the Account Team
The daily administration and reporting of studio workflow, time and costs.

As the senior point of contact for the agency's customers, the Account Director will also co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.
You will be expected to plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in the agency's new business programme.


DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and progress the allocated customer accounts to achieve targets set by the business
* Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis, working to deliver the SLA's and KPI's required for the allocated customer accounts
* Ensure all project are completed to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
* Ensure all invoices are up to date on the company's online workflow system, and that all projects are completed to a specific on time and on budget
* Provide all monthly reports required for the allocated monthly accounts
* To provide the utmost level of client service
* Taking a lead in clients' marketing and advertising strategies
* Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
* Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts
* Maximise the margin generated for the business to achieve targets set
* Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
* Using knowledge and skills to push clients the and agency in the most productive direction
* Travel to various offices throughout the UK for meetings with various clients and / or the business as and when required
* Be presentable and representative of the Company's image at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Outstanding inter-personal relationships
* Excellent administration skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Use of an Online Workflow and Account system
* Proven knowledge of the creative and marketing sector
* Significant experience in professional client relationship management
* The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
* A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
* The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
* The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team
* A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
* Full awareness of creative processes and techniques
