Exciting opportunity to join this award winning beauty brand, globally recognised for their trend-setting, innovative and uber cool status. As Brand Manager, you will play a key part in promoting the brand, working with the Head of Brand and Marketing to drive the success of the business forward.

This pivotal role, within a fast-paced marketing department, will need a confident self-starter with previous experience within a beauty or fashion related, brand-driven business. We are looking for proven experience in the marketing planning and implementation process, supporting new product launches and brand marketing initiatives in particular.
We will also be looking for a sound ability in developing, implementing and analysing commercial and creative initiatives, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The Role

Based in their global head quarters near London's South Bank, this is a rare opportunity for a commercially-minded, creative and dynamic Brand Manager to join the brand for an initial 12-month contract.

The role of Brand Manager is to support the Head of Brand and Marketing and the team in the delivery of UK and global marketing plans across all communication platforms. Key accountabilities will include:

* Manage product Promotional Calendar with ongoing seasonal and monthly activity across all independent channels UK, distributors, online and third party online partners; maximising channels' awareness and commercial opportunities.
* Manage key marketing seasonal promotion critical path ensuring on time and in budget delivery, ongoing liaison with creative, communications, commercial and finance teams. Development and exploration of different business scenarios.
* Development, production and roll out of brand, marketing and education materials including yearly Brand Campaign activation to support brand nationally and internationally as well as key in-store merchandising developments; optimising suppliers, salon and distributor relationships, cost negotiation, budget management and delivery of new differentiating solutions.
* Support new product development process with development of the key product claims and messages, on pack copy, image creation, launch plans, merchandising solutions and content ideas.
* Development and activation of the marketing launch plans for key promotions and product launches; including delivery of the launch and education presentations and tools to aid commercial sell-in
* Create design brief and oversee design briefing process to support identified projects
