A much-loved heritage retailer seeks a dynamic global Brand Manager to be the evangelist for their most celebrated category.

A well-known British retailer seek a commercially and creatively driven Brand Manager to join their expanding team in this exciting period of growth. As the Brand Manager you will have a proven track record of success ideally gained from working on retail consumer brands. As the Brand Manager you will be joining a genuinely friendly and collaborative environment where people all share a passion in what they do. The Brand Managers' Responsibilities:

*Support the Head of Category Marketing to evaluate and evolve brand objectives and strategies in line with business objectives.
*Align with the Brand Strategy team and Group Head of Category Marketing to set specific, realistic and achievable seasonal campaign KPIs and agree a reporting process with regional marketing.
*Align with the Brand Concept team and Group Head of Category Marketing to interpret and apply seasonal creative concepts into marketing strategies and plans.
*Lead the development of global seasonal plans for the kids brand within the retail channel and generate asset briefs to the Brand Image team; including saleable and flexible assets for activation in windows, in-store displays, seasonal POP and semi-permanent POP.
*In collaboration with Group Head of Category Marketing, help to define the retail brand experience; including aligned VM principles, store staff, music and scent.
*Lead the integration of digital, social and PR into seasonal plans and collaborate with channel specialists to generate asset briefs to the Brand Image team; working with regional marketing and commercial teams to align on needs and review the effectiveness of current assets.
*Lead the development of the brand's identity, including a next generation brand logo and identity guidelines; aligning with group product, and regional marketing to plan and execute a clear roll-out through the business.

The ideal Brand Manager:

*A proven marketer with experience of operating in a two tier (Global/Regional: Local) structure across retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
*Demonstrated ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with superior ROI-from business case development through deployment.
*Up to date with marketing trends, you know what it takes to keep campaigns fresh, innovative and relevant.
*Business modelling and forecasting experience at a category level.
*Ability to think and influence multiple stakeholders both quantitatively and qualitatively, experience developing teams strongly preferred.
*Track record of delivering global projects as a leader of a cross functional team.
