My client is a high-profile worldwide travel operator and household name who offer the world's best travel products and services to a wide range of travellers and adventurers. Due to growth to they have a newly created and exciting opportunity for an experienced, results-driven and strategic CRM Manager to join their dynamic, vibrant and innovative international marketing team.

Based within their amazing Greater London offices this is a highly visible and involved role for a talented individual with a proven track record in creating and delivering success CRM campaigns. The main focus is to transform a key area of their customer experience using CRM activity to drive service communications and develop commercial potential.

As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing programs to deliver business value (engagement, conversion, retention) for this key phase of the customer journey. You will support the development of a set of personalised and automated marketing programs across all markets working closely with Group CRM and Destination Services teams. Maximising opportunities to align them as much as possible and drive a continuous test and learn approach to optimise performance.

Skills & Experience
*You will ideally have a degree in Marketing or equivalent
*Considerable experience of online performance marketing in B2C on large scale international campaigns
Proven track record defining and successfully implementing CRM strategy
*Experience developing/managing a digital product roadmap and product lifecycle management
*Good technical understanding, able to produce production level user stories with an eye for detail
*Background in Business Analysis would be ideal
*Exceptional customer focus, including internal customers
*Good communication and excellent networking skills
*Experience of working in a complex, multi geography, multi-cultural environment
*You enjoy working in a fast-paced team where your contribution is vital
*Proven industry experience or in-depth knowledge passion for travel is essential.
