Campaign Marketing Manager - Contemporary Womenswear Brand

Role Overview:

Working as part of the wider Marketing team this role is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day activity within the team is delivered to schedule, budget and clear objectives. This project and workflow management-focused role is crucial to the smooth running of the team and is a key touch point for all team members, bringing together creative and commercial outputs, and streamlining communication. The Campaign Manager will set up and maintain the marketing calendar and critical paths for delivering all marketing activities, liaise with relevant team members and stakeholders, identify resources required, pull together campaign overviews to communicate the main objectives and represent the team to the wider business. As a key support to the Marketing Director and Head of Creative Marketing this role will ensure that campaigns are effectively debriefed, capturing relevant customer and stakeholder feedback and reporting on successes and lessons learnt.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning

* Pull together the monthly overview pack, detailing departmental plans to be delivered including email activity, on site changes, PR activity, events etc. to be shared with the Directors and wider team
* Ensure the Content Planner is up to date and representative of planned activity
* Coordinate relevant team members to ensure they have contributed to each campaign and that the output is
being thought about across all channels
* Set up critical paths to support all activity with clear ownership, ensuring relevant team members have been part
of the process
* Coordinate the weekly board updates to ensure there is an up to date representation of the marketing activity
taking place for the month ahead
* Receiving all wider business requests and interpreting them for the team to ensure the right team members are
brought on the journey and the request is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

Workflow Planning
* Communicate the schedule for all activity to the wider Marketing team in weekly meetings, ensuring everyone is clear on expectations and outputs
* Operate as the key connection between Marketing and Development to handover the schedule of required
assets and projects
* Create briefs and complete briefs for all activity alongside relevant team members and handover
* Plan the workflow for all design deliverables, ensuring a brief is completed ahead of handover to the design
team and following through to ensure outputs are delivered to schedule
* Manage the day-to-day workflow of the design team, under the direction of the Head of Creative
* Manage all Asana boards which detail the workflow for the whole team, ensuring they are kept up to date

Marketing Delivery
* Follow through all schedules and overviews to ensure everything is delivered on time and against objectives set
* Review all outputs before they are handed over for sign off (to Marketing Director) to ensure they are fit for
purpose and meet the brief
* Minute taking in all team meetings, ensuring there is clear ownership against actions, and then follow up
accordingly to ensure completion

Reporting
* Coordinate end of campaign analysis and reporting to feedback on the successes and failures of the activities to be shared with relevant stakeholders
