My client is a leading innovative British fashion retailer who is looking for a Brand Content Manager to join their successful and growing team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Brand Content Manager to take on a new challenge.

The main objective of the role will be to ensure that the tone of voice for the brand transcends in a relevant way across their product, brand and service stories. They ensure that all customer-facing content is consistent and that it continually reinforces the brand as a leading boutique high street retailer globally.

Key Responsibilities- Brand Content Manager

*Develops the content marketing plan that supports the marketing strategy determined by the Head of Marketing and Customer Director.
*Leads the storytelling of seasonal campaigns and collaborations in association with the Marketing Manager, creating hooks and straplines that translate across all channels and amplify the brand.
*Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining brand-led content across the brand's website, customer emails, all social platforms, in-store POS and easels.
*Works in partnership with the Marketing Manager and Senior Customer Insights Manager to oversee all content initiatives and ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and positive customer experiences are delivered.
*Works in partnership with the Head of Digital and Design and Development Manager to schedule content before briefing the Brand Copywriter and wider team.
*Leads the Brand Copywriter and Content Coordinator to create and publish engaging online content.
*Responsible for briefing the Brand Copywriter on content features and blog updates.
*Oversees all monthly content shoots with the Content Coordinator and Photographic Production
*Manages the content calendar and ensures that the Content Coordinator and Social Media assistant deliver against this.
*Responsible for the proof reading, editing and improvement of brand copy and online product descriptions.
*Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Brand Copywriter and Content Coordinator, supporting the team's development through regular mentoring and the setting of personal objectives.

Key Skills

*Excellent English writing skills.
*A fantastic storyteller with an inspirational approach to telling the brand's story.
*A brand publisher mind-set.
*Familiarity with social media and the nuances of unique content for each platform.
*A basic understanding of SEO, content categorisation and measurement on .com and social media sites.
*A Positive, can-do- attitude
*Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
*Enthusiastic team player who can articulate clear objectives and lead a team towards them.
