Job description Are you an experienced copywriter, with a background in either an agency or a technology business, looking to develop your career in the B2B copywriting sector? Do you love writing clear, persuasive copy for clients and enjoy working with art directors and designers to create exciting, compelling concepts? And can you transform technical jargon into plain English while still retaining all the techy information. If so then you could be the perfect fit for this copywriter role in Reading.
We are looking for someone just like you to join this fabulous B2B agency to work on a variety of projects across technology products ranging from laptops and tablets, through artificial intelligence up to cybersecurity applications for cloud computing.
You will need to be flexible and adaptable and be equally as comfortable writing a 20 page white paper or a 140 character tweet as well as email marketing, advertising copy, social media posts, pitches, and long copy.
The ideal person will have three to four years as a copywriter under their belt either in an agency environment or in a technology company.
It is essential that you have an agile and curious mind and the ability to cut to the heart of a story to make sometimes complicated content straightforward and accessible.
The client are very successful but quite relaxed and informal and place great emphasis on independence and your ability to work collaboratively and proactively.
Salary will be in the £30,000 to £35,000 region depending on experience.
