Job description We're recruiting for a genuinely creative marketing services agency working in the B2B and technology sectors.
Established for 20 years they pride themselves on having an entrepreneurial approach and a collaborative culture to deliver exceptional results for their clients.
They are fully integrated and able to plan, create and execute marketing activity across any channel and all media platforms.

They are looking for a talented Copywriter to join our creative team and support the Head of Copy in their Marlow office.

The role is to produce original copy and create content for a wide range of projects across direct mail, web pages, email campaigns, social media, whitepapers, advertising, marketing, print, video and sales brochures. You'll be asked to bring creativity to the table, take briefs and working with the Head of Copy to deliver ideas directly to clients.

You'll be asked to
Produce original copy and turn out punchy straplines and catchy headlines as well as craft longer copy as needed.
Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
Amend copy in-line with client feedback
Work closely with teammates and clients to ensure consistency and accuracy across all media and platforms
Quickly grasp each client's tone of voice
Research and develop a deep understanding of the client base and their target audiences.
Write engaging, customer-focused content.

You will need
Creative and conceptual flair, and enjoy working closely with designers to generate new ideas and solutions
To proofread copy produced by external freelancers for quality, accuracy and brand compliance
2 to 3 years experience as a copywriter in a B2B environment
Able to convert complex messages into easily understandable copy within brand guidelines
A strong understanding of design
Creativity and imagination and a natural curiosity about your clients
Skilled in writing accurate, clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
To work well under pressure and manage workloads effectively
Highly motivated and well-organised
An eye for detail
An interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
The ability to build positive, collaborative relationships at all levels
The ability to understand new ideas quickly and to convey those ideas to others
The ability to write both online and offline
To ensure internal processes are maintained and improved
Able to write press releases and other long-form copy
