Job description My client is a global branding agency based in South West London. The company's creative offer consists of four departments: Client Services, Strategy, 2D and 3D.

There is an amazing opportunity on offer for a Creative Director to drive the company to the new and the next. To realise this passion the right Creative Director will bring a mix of raw talent, analytical objectivity and business understanding to the position. They want a Creative Director who has been an experienced team mentor; someone that can inspire others - taking their creativity to even greater levels as we continue to evolve and expand. The ideal candidate will have a natural instinct for design and a positive drive that positively influences the whole business.

- Above all aspects of this role, the need for an ability to cut through briefs and deliver inspired creative responses that fully answer the brief, is key.

- You must be able to oversee projects from initial briefings to final presentations, taking responsibility for all aspects (including understanding the brief, organising reviews, checking deliverables against the brief, preparing the presentation, using and identifying resource as needed).

- You must function as a team leader and mentor to the 2D design team exercising meaningful authority with an assertive stance, at all times.

- You must be comfortable to present to clients at any level; whether these be day to day telephone conferences or key pitch presentations.

- You must have a full understanding of the financial aspects of any given project and be comfortable with full knowledge of budgetary constraints.

- You must have courage to deliver difficult feedback and robust constructive criticism when required.

- You should build positive and productive relationships with clients.

- You should look to maximise the financial opportunities that arise during on-going project work, always looking to see opportunities to up-sell new work, with the ultimate goal of winning new project work.

- Demonstrate desire to farm existing business opportunities as well as hunt for new ones.
