Creative Producer

Job description The Creative Producer will play a key role in ensuring we are offering our clients a creative service and delivering the right content against the brief. They will decide what the video requirements are for our work and complete a creative pack that highlights what we will deliver in response to the brief.

Attributes:

*Experience of storyboarding ideation, pitching and video production
planning.
*Ability to produce live on set.
*Passion for video and the desire to move an exciting and busy department forward.
*Strong team work and organisational skills.
*Ability to self-manage and work alone.
*Excellent communicator at all levels and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
*Diplomacy and sensitivity when working with stakeholders and suppliers.
*Thrives from running multiple video projects at any one time.
*Approach the role with a "can do" attitude.
*Ability to manage and keep to budgets.
*Must be pro-active and possess a meticulous attention to detail.
*Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
*Can work towards deadlines and is a decisive decision maker.
*Strong creative leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and excite a team.
*Confident in delivering feedback and able to critique creative work constructively in order to sustain working relationships whilst improving creative output.
*The ability to work collaboratively with Art directors, brand managers and other key stakeholders to ensure we stick to brand.
Desirable:

*Degree in Video production, Media or TV producing.
*Previous experience in driving results in a creative environment.
*Previous experience in changing processes in order to improve creative output.
*Experience working within a General Merchandise or Fashion environment.
*Experience in shooting Photography or Video.
*Understanding of content in retail and in particular where video can sit within the customer journey.
*Experience in presenting to senior stakeholder or clients.
*Experience in writing brand guidelines.
