Job description

The purpose of the role is to develop, own and manage the annual campaign calendar plan for emailand SMS across all products. Including Pre-book, ParkPass and Season Tickets. To plan and manage the delivery of all CRM marketing campaigns and own the optimisation of the data extract process between internal databases and the current email service prodvider dotmailer.

Key tasks:

Manage and Implement campaign plan for email and SMS using external and internal sources to understand key events, commercial drivers and previous campaign performance and KPI indicators

Manage campaign implementatation process by bringing together Digital, Pricing, Insihgt, Sales and other departments to suppot delivery of campigns to drive books for pre book, gateway, seaons tickets and other products andservices as needed

Manage CRM Marketing Executive in theful end to end process for email, SMS, CRM campaigns from content, data, production, QA, deployment, reorting and optimistation

Oversee the content and copy strategy for email and SMS. Working with the brand team and existing brandand tone of voice guidancelines

Oersee the evolvement of the email templates. Working with creative agency and ESP to create new desigs that push industry best practice, reduce production time and maximise email click metrics.

Experience of product databass into ESP for targeting customers with CRM campaigns

Managing the CRM Marketing Executive to implement email, SMS and CRM campaigns and support key partnerships


Degree qualified (marketing or related subject desirable)
Substantial experience managing marketing projects under your belt
Email and SMS marketing experience
CRM marketing experience
Solid experience of CRM campaign Management
Proven and demonstrable experience with both ESP, CRM or Coommerce Marketing platforms
Solid understndof email and crm principles
Enthusiasm, positive approach, autonomous, energy and passion for marketing and results focused
