Job description CRM Manager/ Lead - Global Consumer Brand - Surrey

New role for an experienced CRM Manager/ Lead to work with the Head of CRM to create and deliver the annual CRM plan in line with overall commercial and marketing objectives including brochures, direct mail, email marketing, lead generation and customer loyalty. Working for an award winning, premium travel brand this position plays a key role in overseeing the management of all customer communications, supporting business growth through direct channels.

The role:
*To manage the UK life cycle & prospect communications plan in order to deliver consistent brand engagement and to drive additional revenue.
*To develop and implement prospect communications in line with the lead generation strategy
*Oversee the engagement of the loyalty scheme in the UK
*To deliver the annual UK & Ireland Brochure - briefing creative agency, managing budget, liaising with International Departments for content and sign off, proofing, print and fulfilment
*The creation and production of a printed and digital magazine for UK Loyalty members (annually)
*Oversee the creation of CRM reporting for weekly Trading meetings and detailed campaign analysis of activity, generating overview information and insights
*To manage all CRM budgets and ensure that all funds are optimised in line with goals
