Job description Large retail and ecommerce brand seeks a strong Data Analyst. This untapped giant in the UK is undergoing considerable investment into their Marketing strategy and team and it is a great time to join them.

This is a fantastic role where you will use a mix of digital development, customer engagement and customer loyalty strategies to ensure maximum results across all digital channels - website, agencies, apps & 3rd party partners.

You must be able to demonstrate strategic results across digital customer engagement and loyalty in large, complex consumer brands (Retail, FMCG, Travel or Leisure).

The role:
Develop and maintain customer segmentation model.
Generate appropriate data selections and reporting for direct and digital campaign management
Prepare effective campaign management analysis and reporting
Increase the breadth and depth of data analysis and insights - the 'so what' not the data
Successfully improve visibility and use of insight and robust analytics as a way of working
Work with IT to specify the underlying data (&data warehouse) structure & queries to support our reporting.
Work with a commercial mindset and is creative in developing innovative ideas and identifying opportunities for growth
Is able to create an environment that encourages people to try out new things and learn from their mistakes

The Candidate
Proven Data mining experience (SQL, ETL, Data warehouse)
Experience in ETL, staging and analysis relations to structured datasets
Strong knowledge of data tool - SQL, production tools and coding
Over 5 years' experience in data and insight, including segmentations and CRM
Must have Retail and multichannel experience
Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and marketing automation
Previous experience in continuously improving process
