A great opportunity to a Fortune 100 company and one of the world's leading retailers of fashion, accessories, homewares and gifting with retail chains across United Kingdom, Ireland and all over Europe. With sales reaching well over 35 billion consistently year on year across 4000 shops this retailer is always expanding and looking to bring the best talent on board across all their creative departments.

Due to expansion plans for 2020 they're now looking to hire a design manager / senior integrated designer within their large in-house creative and production team who produce pan-European work across six markets from voice guides through to all-encompassing social media campaigns.

The role will be based in their busy creative studio and the design manager with be responsible for the design, creation and art direction of a wide range of work for two of their major brands.

This Senior Creative role, requires an experienced, highly skilled 360, Integrated Senior Designer / Senior Art Director, who can work proficiently across a wide range of creative projects, that totally engages our customers. Versatility and experience is key. Art Direction skills should be highly polished and offer us an accomplished creative within our very specific retail sector, (of fashion , home, & CR).

The winning candidate will demonstrate high levels of creative expertise to develop and create anything from seasonal ATL print campaigns to internal communication flyers and everything in between covering both print and digital assets. You'll be as happy concepting and creating a big idea as you are churning through the smaller stuff. Projects could be anything from in store signage, digital screens, 360 tactical events, social and web content, newsletters, emails, 360 corporate responsibility campaigns.

This candidate needs to be confident working with photography and film, storyboarding and directing instore digital screens and social campaigns, overseeing retouching and editing for a wide product range across their brands.

Reporting into the Head of Art, the Design Manager will play an influential role. Giving full support to their Manager of, driving projects under their guidance or in their absence and critically developing junior team members. They will also have specific responsibility for delivering key elements of design throughout the year.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
*Experience working as part of a creative team as a senior designer for a large retail business.
*A creative thinker and idea generator with a strong creative and conceptual eye.
*Puts the brand and customer at the heart of design development process.
*Ability to create and deliver to tight deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of daily, seasonal and project works.
*Experience of the end-to-end design process from concept to final artwork delivery.
*A passion and understanding of photography and design.
*Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
*Some experience in managing third party agencies to deliver results
