Designer- Agency - Working on the latest blockbuster films £30k

Job description My client are an award winning agency who work with clinets such as Paramount and Universal. They work on all the latest movie blockbusters.

The creative artworker is responsible for creating the highest quality artwork and design and to support the Managing Director, Creative Director and account team to deliver the best possible creative artworking service.

A naturally artistic person with attention to detail, the creative artworker develops our capabilities and reputation through consistency and accuracy of the creative design vision. Working with the account team and the senior management team create a department that clients can rely on.

In depth knowledge of these software skills packages is imperative -

Adobe creative suit 2014
* Photoshop (Intermediate/Advanced) * InDesign (Advanced)
* Illustrator (Advanced)
* Acrobat (Intermediate)

Primary responsibility, skills and values

- Responsible for art working projects set by account team and the Creative Director
- Responsible for the quality control of artwork
- Act as brand guardian for the creative visual identity to ensure continuity across print and
online.
- Ensure consistency accuracy, legibility and graphic treatment across all projects and liaise
with account team to ensure the best possible finish
- Deliver beyond expectations
- Liaise with the creative studio for direction, support on design layout and knowledge of
campaign assets
- Ensure all briefs and amends and other design requests are communicated to you clearly,
questioning when necessary.
- Keep the Managing Director updated on changes in the scope of current and future
projects to assist a smooth workflow.
- Creatively contribute towards both existing clients and new business accounts.

Skills required

- Confidence in your ability to creatively extend design elements across a range of collateral including brochures, point of sale, in situ visualisation, outdoor formats and press

- Strong verbal communication skills to ensure planning schedules run smoothly
- Collaborative skills utilised across the company
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple briefs to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Problem solving skill and the ability to think creatively
- The foresight to understand the needs of the client and the media/environment that the
creative will be in
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Methodical approach to archiving images and artwork
- Experience in creating digital art and assets
- Work with the senior management team to develop the studio production service
