Job description My client are looking for an in-house graphic designer to become the sole designer working closely with the marketing teamn.

You will be working across policy publications, digital and social content, event collateral, infographics and data visualisations, email marketing material and PowerPoint presentations.

They are looking for someone who can push our design and brand communications to the next level. The role requires the development of creative ideas within a corporate environment and the production of the final artwork as the sole in-house designer.

You will play a key role in ensuring that all brand communications are aligned and produced to the highest standard.

You will be required to interpret written and verbal briefs, generate ideas and create compelling and engaging executions whilst following and championing our brand guidelines. Creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines by maintaining a strong system is essential.

As well as providing an exceptional design service and expert brand consultancy, you will manage brand assets, liaise with suppliers and be part of project teams.


Supporting the Corporate Affairs department in the creation and development of a range of online and offline communication tools
Being a trusted advisor to the team and wider business with regards to design
Planning and producing a range of brand collateral, providing high quality service
delivery, and managing projects from concept to completion
Influencing colleagues to experiment with new approaches and technology where
Maintaining brand consistency throughout all projects
Maintaining a log of all graphic design jobs
Liaising with suppliers like printers
Managing and maintaining our image library and all design files
Attending relevant internal meetings
Staying up-to-date on trends and best practice in design and channels and using this
knowledge to inform output and drive excellence


Full understanding of graphic communication and branding design with a strong and varied portfolio that shows experience in both online and offline graphic design
Deep understanding and appreciation of brand guidelines and best practise in a corporate environment.
