An award-winning luxury tour operator that creates tailor-made holidays to destinations all over the world is looking for a digital marketing executive, to join their growing team.

The company have offices in the UK and US, and pride themselves on providing outstanding service to all their guests. Everyone in the business loves Travel, and working here you will be given some great discounts to see more of the world! The company is in an exciting period of expansion and now seek an enthusiastic digital marketing advocate, with a background specifically in PPC. You will support the Performance Marketing Manager to develop UK performance for their rapid growth in international markets, providing a seamless user journey and smooth online experience.


The Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

*Work with the Performance Marketing Manager and Senior PPC Executive to run paid search and paid social accounts targeting the UK, North America and Asia-Pacific markets
*Support the senior team by executing planned tactics and implementing changes in line with paid search strategies
*Regularly test new features, audiences and ad formats to ensure the accounts are running efficiently
*Review performance on Google Analytics
*Keep abreast of industry developments to stay on top of digital strategy and the latest technologies

The Ideal Digital Marketing Executive:

*Demonstrable experience in managing PPC campaigns within a high volume commercial business (agency or client-side)
*Up-to-date knowledge and experience of the Google AdWords platform including:
oAudience targeting, dynamic remarketing, ad extensions, DSA and advertising on the GDN
*You enjoy data analysis, identifying optimisation opportunities and managing tests.
*You recognise that PPC doesn't end at the click and have a desire to understand and improve the whole user journey through to sale
*Proven track record of running successful campaigns on Bing, Facebook and Instagram and the ability to competently use their associated management tools
*An understanding of offline conversion tracking & cross channel / device attribution
