A market leader in natural and beautiful skincare, seek a digital marketing executive to join their busy E-commerce team to help support the growth of their Direct To Consumer channel focusing on acquisition.

This British Beauty brand has a solid reputation in the market for only using the best ingredients in their products, and have over fifteen years of being in the Beauty business. The brand now seeks a dynamic digital marketing executive who is ready to hit the ground running and not afraid to get stuck in. As the digital marketing executive, you will have a strong understanding of acquisition and retention marketing for an E-commerce brand. As the digital marketing executive, you'll be joining a dynamic, fast growing business leading the way in smarter skincare.

The Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

*Establishing, monitoring and delivering PPC campaigns, with an external search agency, to ensure that site traffic and performance goals are met. This includes building out campaign keywords, testing ad copy and making continuous improvements and recommendations.
*Working with the external Paid Social agency to drive revenue across multiple social platforms.
*Work with the Senior Digital Executive to create and execute data driven customer email campaigns.
*Online banner display and retargeting - developing messaging for online display and retargeting banners.
*Responsible for all acquisition and retention reporting, must feel confident drawing conclusions and reporting back to the team.


The ideal Digital Marketing Executive:

A proven background in Beauty, Fashion or Retail in digital marketing - SEO, PPC and E-mail marketing
A strong understanding of Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and their SEO benefits
A strong understanding of Google Analytics, interpreting findings and producing recommendations to generate traffic and leads
Excellent copy writing skills
Experience with A/B and multi-variant testing and optimisation and an ability to see tests through all phases, from set up to presenting results.
Must have an interest in the beauty industry and have an aptitude for digital communication
