Digital Marketing Coordinator - Luxury Multi-brand Retailer

This luxury multi-brand retailer offer an advanced digital offering and remain very much at the forefront in the spectrum of luxury brands globally. As part of their ongoing digital journey, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator or Digital Marketing Executive to oversee their performance marketing activity; largely via agency management and with a particular focus on the paid channels, i.e overseeing PPC, Display Advertising, Paid Social, Affiliates and Retargeting on a global scale. With recent investment in their digital platforms and an ambitious roadmap of further development ahead, this is set to be a fast paced, challenging but highly rewarding role.

Digital Marketing Coordinator - Luxury Shopping Destination

Role Overview:

A key part of the Marketing Department, this role is responsible for driving traffic to the UK and US websites.
Working with the wider marketing team, you will create activity that engages both current customers and drives new customer acquisition.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and works closely with the Design, Copy, Digital Development and Digital Merchandising teams.
The role is responsible for coordinating day to day activity across all digital marketing channels (including, but not limited to, affiliates, paid search, natural search and paid social).

Work with agency to drive affiliate channel KPIs
Plan exposure in line with promotional and marketing content
Plan exclusive affiliate content
Brief all promotional and marketing asset creation
Build relationships with key affiliates
Recruit new affiliates with a focus on the US market
Analyse performance and report on success of affiliate channels

Paid Search
Work in partnership with PPC agency to drive paid search channel KPIs
Brief agency on promotional and campaign activity
Approve ad copy and landing pages
Monitor keyword and campaign performance to optimise for ROI and customer acquisition
Analyse performance and report on success of paid search activity for US

Natural Search

Work closely with SEO Analyst and Copy team to identify and implement opportunities for natural search
Work with retail team to ensure new and existing store information is up to date

Paid Social
Coordinate paid activity for promotions across multiple social media channels to drive traffic to sites and build brand awareness
Work with the Social Media Manager to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging
Analyse performance and report on success of paid social promotional activity

Manage the Refer-A-Friend programme
Work with design team to create new assets for each campaign
Report on success of Refer-A-Friend programme
develop, deliver and report on social media lead generation competitions
