Digital Marketing Manager - Boutique Travel Brand

Job description My client is a leading boutique travel company, offering luxurious villas and holidays to the best destinations in Europe, and have won several coveted awards from Conde Nast, Sunday times and the leading travel publications, as voted by the travellers and the experts!

Headquartered in East London, my client are expanding rapidly, and are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team to lead their Digital Marketing strategy and campaigns across Search (PPC + SEO), Display, Affiliate, Social, CRM and Video across global markets.

The Digital Marketing Manager will have experience working in ECommerce, ideally within travel or lifestyle, and have strong hands on skills as well as strategy.
Key Responsibilities will include:
*Manage a Team of 4, and report into the Head of Marketing & Sales
*Ownership of a multimillion £ budget across digital channels
*Manager and optimise PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
*Develop a paid social acquisition focused strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube to drive sales and revenue
*Set the SEO strategy and manage the SEO Agency and campaigns
*Develop a CRM Campaign for new and current customers, for pre and post travel
*Provide insight and analytics, reporting to the Head of Marketing and the Board
*Work with the Data Agency to develop retargeting plans

Your Experience:
You will have strong hands on Paid Search and online marketing experience, and have strong experience running digital marketing channels and owning a budget. You'll have good technical skills, and be looking for a role where you can have autonomy but also support from the Head of Marketing & Sales. You'll be a creative thinker, and think of new ways to attract and convert new customers for this leading travel company. You must enjoy working with data and diving into the campaigns; although this role has strong strategy element you still need to be happy to get involved in the campaigns and the data. You will be excited about travel and ecommerce.
