£35,000-£42,000

An exciting position has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to work for a cutting edge and innovative global eyewear brand. It promises to be a fast paced, challenging, and an innovative working environment for the right person.

This Premium eyewear brand is worn by the biggest music artists and Fashion influencers around. Working within this boutique team as the digital marketing manager you will really be given a great amount of autonomy and work closely with the founder. You will be driving the brands consumer and trade-facing promotional activity, managing all social channel and e-commerce output, wholesale business and developing brands partnership projects.


The Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities:

*Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media and E-Commerce
*Track and analyse website traffic flow, providing regular reports
*Analyse conversion rates and create strategies to drive online traffic to company website and Social Media pages
*Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
*Managing the company image and brand culture
*Responsibility for planning and control Marketing Budget
*Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
*Develop engaging online content including clickbait, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
*Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager:

*Proven digital marketing experience within a fast paced, retail, fashion or brand ecommerce. environment, with first-hand experience of all performance marketing channels: PPC, SEO Affiliate Marketing, Display and Social Media
*Experience developing and executing local digital marketing strategies- International experience would be a plus
*Effective time-management and project management skills - must be able to juggle workload with high volume of meetings and emails
*Ability to prioritise responsibilities in line with business objectives- must be able to quickly adapt to changing projects and priorities
*Analytical skills, with the ability to build reports and summarise data in meaningful and insightful way for the goals of the business
*Team-player with excellent relationship-building - expect to liaise with multiple departments on a daily basis
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, "self-starter" environment.
