Iconic luxury travel brand seeks digital marketing evangelist to run and own all their digital marketing channels.

Due to company expansion, a new position has been created for a senior digital marketing manager who is looking for their next challenge and to work for a well-established and respected luxury travel brand, in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing Simpson Travel's campaign planning, delivery and reporting to help the company achieve its ambitious growth targets.


The Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities:

*Responsible for the coordination, creation and implementation of all marketing campaign activity across digital, social, email, print and events, working alongside the company's in-house marketing team and external agencies
*Contribute new campaign ideas that consider wider commercial challenges and priorities; continuously critique creative to ensure the brand's leading position as an innovative and forward-thinking travel brand
*Be the go-to person for everything to do with the website; be familiar with all functionalities and templates, and be responsible for uploading, updating and removing content and promotions
*Responsible for the building and deployment of email marketing campaigns; work with the wider marketing team and our database marketing agency on the development of customer personas and customer journey maps in order to develop a customer lifecycle communications strategy
*Manage the day-to-day relationship with our PR agency ensuring relevant product is promoted and that appropriate suggestions are made for press opportunities; coordinate all press trips by working with the relevant product and overseas teams, PR agency and journalist/writer

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager:

*The ability to handle multiple projects and work flows, while reacting quickly to last-minute trading requirements and pressure: able to demonstrate good teamwork and communication skills
*A solid background in Email marketing and working across the various digital channels
*A genuine interest and passion for travel; previous experience in travel is desirable; but experience with a premium or luxury brand is a must!
*Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, FastStats, HTML and e-marketing tools is preferred
