Digital Marketing Manager - London - Restaurants - Up to £35k

Job description We are working with a well-known and successful restaurant brand, who due to expansion are now currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join them and be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy, through affiliate marketing, PPC and SEM, whilst also managing a direct report. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have a strong commercial focus and be results driven with a good understanding of new digital innovations to exploit.

This role will be working within the digital team and be responsible for enhancing and optimising customer's journeys through all existing digital channels, with the aim to achieve conversion. The role is an ideal opportunity to create your stamp on driving and delivering digital strategy for this well-known brand.

The Role

*The development and execution of a digital marketing plan.
*Creating a keyword strategy to base SEO and PPC campaigns on.
*Work on the launch and delivery of new digital channels; including: Social Media, Native Content and more.
*On and offline content creation. - with the ability to apply SEO principles to this content for digital campaigns across all channels.
*Manage optimisation of landing pages including content writing and identify areas for improvement for SEO and PPC.
*Monitor Social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and launch a suitable social media strategy for the company.
*Accountability for web conversion targets through SEM, App and Affiliates and other new channels.
*Analyse the brands website performance and identify enhancements to improve conversion.
*Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with strategic planning, implementation and reporting across the full breadth of the digital marketing mix; including analytics/data, CRM/loyalty, Social media, Email, affiliate/affinity partnerships, community management, content marketing, PPC, SEO, display, re-targeting, usability/conversion, making mobile work.

The Candidate

*Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies - SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media and Email Marketing.
*Experience working in a similar position within a B2C environment. Ideally within the leisure, hospitality, e-commerce/retail sectors.
*Strong analytical skills and great working knowledge of Google Analytics.
*Excellent project management skills and the ability to approach work in an enthusiastic and positive manner.
*Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
*The ability to effectively manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
