Digital Marketing Specialist/Growth Hacker - Global Innovations

Job description My client is a leading technology innovator who create software used by worldwide manufacturers, banks, telecommunications companies and the likes of Amazon, Google, Netflix. Along with supporting pioneering Artificial Intelligence and data centres worldwide they are at the forefront of the development of applications used by almost any device connected to the IOT.
With offices in multiple countries, this company represents a global outlook on software development, with the vision and refreshing feel of a vibrant start-up.

Reporting directly into the Global VP of marketing and working closely with retention and analytics this is a newly created role. They are looking for someone to take ownership of the customer journey and all of their social and paid channels. Excellent potential for development and growth due to their upcoming plans.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
*Work on defining appropriate AARRR Sales Metrics depending on the project (Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue)
*Driving traffic to your website, landing pages, social media, apps…
*Prioritising and optimising growth channels.
*Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those Metrics
*A/B test ideas across channels
*Analysing the data and users' feedback.
*Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, sales, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
*Scaling and Automating the growth processes.
*Some international travel required.

Required skills and experience
*Must be degree educated
* . You likely have a mix of technical, creative and analytical skills
* At least 2-years' experience in a similar role
* . Innate interest in learning about customers behaviour through both numbers and qualitative data
*Performance and results-oriented with a curious and creative approach
*An established presence on social media and blogging
*Experience managing social, SEO, PPC, Paid and organic search
*Strong analytical experience Inc.: review and interpreting data
*Experience with Google Analytics and other tools
*Basic HTML coding and CMS experience would be ideal
*You need to have a keen interest and a passion for pioneering technology and artificial intelligence
