With major digital transformation projects and several key changes in the pipeline this is exciting time of digital investment and growth for the business who are seeking a hands-on and commercially aware Ecommerce Manager to take on full ownership of website performance and content. The Ecommerce Manager will lead on website optimisation and a crucial website development project to optimise site users and improve user experience and booking flow while focusing on content, products and trading. You will need to be a hands-on leader, capable of making key strategic decisions, thinking and planning ahead with a keen eye for opportunity. The role requires a solid understanding of what constitutes at a great UX. You must love travel, the brand, technology and all the possibilities that it creates when combined.

This role would suit a flexible individual that thrives in a hybrid role and enjoys taking control of all aspects of running an ecommerce website.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience at Manager level in a similar role for a travel or luxury consumer brand
Proven track record of web management, user experience and development operating within a performance-driven e-commerce.
Confident managing, developing and delivering website product roadmap.
Good understanding of Technical SEO, content management and analytics.
Genuine passion for travel, customer experience and all things digital.
