The Role

*Ownership and end to end management for the web site: Customer Experience including Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Branding/Marketing, Performance, Functionality
*Instigate ground-breaking eCommerce solutions for a luxury fashion brand and optimise every aspect of the customer journey
*Implement marketing strategies and digital initiatives at every point of the buying cycle and understand the technologies and processes required to successfully acquire, retain and enhance the customer experience
*Analyse and implement multi-channel growth across every platform, ensuring cohesion of brand messaging and optimization at every single touch point of the customer's journey
*Manage all operational requirements of the end-to-end digital proposition
*Devise, develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention and revenue
*Instigate KPIs and staff monthly management objectives
*Continual assessment to optimize site performance
*Through strategic management, continual analysis of agency partnerships
*Direct content strategy in line with trade plans and manage the eCommerce and Marketing Calendar across paid, organic and onsite activity
*Manage current team and build longer term growth structure
*Provide SEO/SEM/PPC and Internet Marketing thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiatives

Skills Required

*Strong experience within womens fashion - preferably within the luxury space
*7 - 10 years' experience managing websites
*Broad knowledge of digital propositions and the ability to define, shape and implement new directions in retail strategy
*Strong experience of delivery growth revenue into a high transactional website
*Experience of building eCommerce teams from the ground up
*Managing external agencies and suppliers
*Internet Marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth
*Managing and directing website Technical Structure, Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Branding/Marketing, Performance, and Functionality efforts to positively impact eCommerce efforts
*Degree in Marketing with Online Marketing experience
*Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
*An in depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in Google
*Experience with PPC - Management of Pay per click programs
*Experience with web analytics tools (Urchin, Webtrends, Ominiture)
*Knowledge of Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter
*Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction
*Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
*Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
