An award-winning luxury skincare brand are looking for an experience Ecommerce Manager to drive their growth forward

Launched a number of years ago this brand has gone from strength to strength and have a global presence as well as concessions in some major stores. They are now looking to increase their online presence. They want someone who is ready to jump straight in and take this on. Reporting directly into the MD you will manage their website and work very closely with the marketing team. You will have involvement in many areas of the business and gain a deep understanding of everything they do

The Role

*Setting and achieving website revenue targets, ensuring there is significant YoY growth.
*Budget & strategy control across all areas of digital marketing - working closely with the agencies to ensure delivery
*Create campaigns across acquisition, retention and loyalty
*Optimise the customer journey based on analytical data
*Strong use of evidence-driven analytics to influence future trading decisions both on-site and in emails.
*Manage full website content

Skills Required

*Proven track record in driving sales and revenue
*Experience managing an Ecommerce platform - ideally Magento or Magento 2
*Email campaign management - ideally with MailChimp
*Understanding of paid-for search marketing tools: Google AdWords, Ad Roll and Bing Ads
*Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics and experience in using the data to come up with action plans based on consumer behaviour, with the goal of driving KPIs
*Working with payment gateways SagePay and PayPal
*Ideally you will have experience in the beauty industry, but a fashion background will also be considered
*You must love the idea of working for a smaller but growing business and be driven to drive growth
