eCommerce Manager

Our client is an innovative international professional services firm with a refreshing, forward-thinking approach to B2B marketing who are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to join their vibrant London office

Reporting directly into a VP and over-seeing a small team this is a highly involved and visible role with active involvement and ownership of projects (e.g. launching international sites) and a varied interesting workload.  Therefore, a commercially-minded and strong strategist with a hands-on approach and a passion for developing new concepts and driving real results is essential.

The role: 

*Manage and maintain all eCom sites to drive sales 
*Responsible for all content updates for brand marketing and product launches
*Set a strategy for and implement CRM campaigns - setting up all segmentation, testing, trigger campaigns and more
*Collaborate with all other teams to ensure initiatives are brand appropriate
*Monitor and deliver all sales reports and make recommendations for improvements

Skills Required
*Managing eCom for an international organisation in the PS/FS sector 
*You also must understand this market and be passionate about it - this is essential 
*Experience with CRM and data segmentation
*Familiar with tools including Google Analytics and Demandware platform advantageous
Management experience and a proven track record of delivering results
Desire to take ownership and support continued growth
