With major digital transformation projects and several key changes in the pipeline this is exciting time of digital investment and growth for the business who are seeking a hands-on and commercially aware Ecommerce Manager to take on full ownership of website performance and content. The Ecommerce Manager will lead on a website development project to optimise site users, improve user experience and focus on search (SEO), products and trading.
As internal CMS expert the Ecommerce Manager will also lead on SEO strategy and delivering content to drive traffic, increase both online and offline bookings and maximise growth.

This role would suit a flexible individual that thrives in a hybrid role and enjoys taking control of all aspects of running an ecommerce website.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience at Manager level in a similar role for a travel or luxury consumer brand
Proven track record of web management, user experience and development operating within a performance-driven e-commerce.
Confident managing, developing and delivering website product roadmap.
Good understanding of Technical SEO, content management and analytics.
Genuine passion for travel, customer experience and all things digital.
