As part of their ongoing journey, we are looking for an established eCommerce Manager and a brilliant mentor to lead and develop a small team.

Ecommerce Manager - High Profile Luxury Brand - London / Remote

This is a pivotal role responsible for leading all aspects of eCommerce activity, working collaboratively with local departments across Marketing, CRM, Creative, IT, Logistics and Customer Service. It is responsible for leading, inspiring and developing the e-Commerce team on a day-to-day basis.

The role will be pivotal in developing and executing digital strategies, whilst managing all day-to-day eCommerce activities.
Oversees digital campaign launches, CMS updates and product publishing to ensure campaign content is delivered on time for all new launches.
Drives best in class Customer Experience through validation of online content and copy, working closely with e-Commerce support teams for onsite issues and client queries, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained.
Lead on e-Commerce product assortment alongside Marketing team, overseeing the forecast management of seasonal packaging and online sampling.
Responsible for developing content strategy and campaign planning in-line with brand team, whilst supporting eCommerce initiatives and Omnichannel strategy.
Lead on regular e-Commerce operations meetings, working in partnership with senior Stakeholders across all departments.
Monitor and track the eCommerce budget in partnership with the Head of eCommerce, ensuring costs are maintained and in-line with the P&L.
Drive best in class trade reporting and analytics, leading insights across traffic channels, product performance and purchasing behaviour to drive and inform e-Commerce strategy and new initiatives.
Plan and develop local product merchandising strategies in response to trends and provide insights to plan future strategies.
Lead and produce key presentations for stakeholder meetings across media, marketing and sales teams, sharing insights on e-Commerce performance to drive future strategic conversations.
Develop strategies for the acquisition and retention of customers through digital marketing channels.
Lead on the paid search eCommerce strategy in partnership with media team, representing the e-Commerce team for regular meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Partner with PPC agency during weekly reporting to further develop the Paid Search strategy.
Manage SEO projects in partnership with global HQ, agreeing scope of work and reporting internally on insights and performance.
Partner with CRM Manager to develop strategies to support in driving engagement and retention.
Support with new functionality, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient launches on site.
