This international clothing brand, born in the US many years ago, is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to work on a 12 month FTC

There is a lot of scope with the role due to some exciting projects they have coming up. Whilst they're a global brand, they still have fairly small teams so you get the chance to be hands on and take ownership of your work. You will have a team of 2 to support you in trading and CRM. Your role will be looking at the full eCommerce and digital marketing strategy

The Role

*Manage daily running of the eCommerce site across UK & Ireland
*Manage Ecommerce Trading Assistant & Digital Marketing / CRM Manager
*Daily, weekly & monthly reporting, using Google Analytics to provide insight and drive recommendations of changes to site
*Ensure copy, content and descriptions are data rich and in keeping with brand.
*Manage critical path of new projects to ensure all deadlines are met and testing carried out fully prior to go-live
*Oversee Ecommerce customer service team agree KPIs, support team to deliver excellent level of service
*Manage online trading calendar to plan and action activity - including seasonal launches / promotions
*Manage all aspects of digital marketing, ensuring clear ROI targets are set and budgets managed effectively
*Set email and online CRM strategy and grow email sales channel
*Ensure a close working relationship is maintained with Head of Marketing & PR with joint sign off on major marketing decisions; make sure message is consistent across all channels
*Build a close working relationship with B&M team to ensure maximum stock availability for key lines, especially continuity.
*Work with Retail & Visual Merchandising teams to ensure a co-ordinated online and store approach
You

*A genuine passion for apparel retail and ecommerce.
*3 years Ecommerce experience from a trading & ops perspective
*Knowledge of digital marketing & CRM
*Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
*Must be comfortable with Google Analytics, Excel and other data and reporting tools
*Desire to work in a fast paced environment, taking ownership of your work
