A well-known British High Street retailer seeks a dynamic email marketing executive to join a growing digital marketing team.

As the email marketing executive, you will coordinate and action, under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the briefing and execution of this leading retailers' ECRM activities, ensuring all communications are correct, fully integrated & always reflect the core brand values. The email marketing executive will be given some autonomy in the position and will liaise closely with the other teams to align planning and guarantee integrated communications. The successful email marketing executive will be joining a genuinely friendly team who are all passionate about what they do. The Email Marketing Executive responsibilities:

Manage the email campaign process for multiple markets from strategy, segmentation & conception to build, broadcast and reporting
Analyse weekly reports on email performance for previous week - suggest areas of improvements for the different ECRM campaigns, cross checking against email revenue targets
Assist in monitoring agreed budgets for ECRM projects and use of the purchase order system
Liaise closely with the Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, PR, Online, Creative and Retail Operations teams to align planning and guarantee integrated communications
Weekly reporting on UK email KPI's revenue through omniture, share weekly updates and recommendations on performance.
Support and report on the development of Birthday, anniversary, welcome journey campaigns
The ideal Email Marketing Executive:

Process driven and able to pick up technical aspects of using CRM software for segmentation and ad hoc data base queries.
Entrepreneurial: ability to use initiative to scope projects without support and confidence in making decisions on potential revenue drivers and presenting to the business
Ability to look at processes and find new ways to improve to create efficiencies
Experience in managing a hands-on ECRM programme, ideally in a fast-paced fashion environment
Experience of email segmenting and engagement RFM
Excellent knowledge of email marketing practices
Strong interest in fashion, trends and youth culture
