Job description Strategic Planner wanted! - 6 Month Booking - Relocation required. Day rate + accommodation + covered! Have a wonderful summer in the sun whilst working and earning!

The Senior Strategic Planner will work with the Head of Strategy to help the team evolve as business conditions and retail habits change, using a sound working knowledge of digital media, brands, channels, audience behaviour, objective analysis as well as insight and imagination.

You'll be helping to provide key input and insights for a collaborative in house creative team that's always on the lookout for pioneering ideas. Looking for someone with a good mix of skills: creative planning, and brand strategy, a sound knowledge of the digital media environment, analytical skills and outstanding communication and leadership skills as well as a background of working with big brands on agency side.
Key responsibilities:

*Interpretation of audience research and data, working with our client teams and external agencies, understanding trends and audiences in order to develop brand communication strategies for the creative team
*Ensure that user requirements and business requirements are properly understood, and help develop innovative creative strategies that meet business needs
*Lead the development of insightful business briefs, and develop inspiring and robust creative briefs from these for our concept and brand development teams
*Be comfortable interpreting high-level analytics and using them to identify areas for creative optimisation and improved effectiveness
*Assist the creative director and team leaders in leading development of creative concepts
*Assist in the presentation of thinking and strategy behind creative routes and solutions to clients and third parties
*Maintain awareness and understanding of emerging creative, digital and social media trends and best-in-class tactics being used by others

What You'll Need:
*7 + years' experience in creative planning and strategy, digital strategy, social media, brand marketing and advertising.
*Sound knowledge of UX, Analytics, and/or Content Strategy a massive plus
*Strong eye for design and the ability to partner well with creative and marketing
*Outstanding communication and presentation skills
*Strong understanding of social media landscape including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, Snapchat YouTube, Periscope, Google+, etc.
