Freelance Traffic Manager (Digital)

Our client, an internationally recognised brand, currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Traffic Manager to join their in-house agency. You will be working with the traffic team and be responsible for timely delivery of all non-broadcast advertising materials including press, print, digital and in-store.

Responsibilities of the Traffic Manager:
●Liaising with the Creative Director and creative heads regarding briefs received and work in progress
●Arranging briefing meetings and client review meetings with clients and creative heads
●Setting time-lines for approved briefs
●Recording the progress of work
●Monitoring and prioritising workload, liaising with other traffic managers and Creative Heads as necessary
●Liaising between clients, Campaign Management team and Creative teams to ensure smooth running of work
●Coordinating the smooth transition of briefs between each stage of the creative process
●Liaise with creative heads to ensure Creative teams are meeting ongoing deadlines

As the Traffic Manager you will need:
*Understanding and experience of how the design process works
*Understanding and experience within digital. With that in mind knowing the difference between print and digital job times lines is extremely important
*Previous experience within an agency is a must
*Some understanding of the technicalities of the digital, HTML5 campaign experience, DoubleClick, and media agency handling
*The ability to project manage impartially acting in the interests of the business at all times

In return the Traffic Manager will work 9-5 Monday to Friday with shorter daily commute to work as well as self-catered accommodation organised and paid for by the client. They'll also enjoy one of the many creative spaces that our client has created for staff, or head off to the beach at lunch. Restaurants, bars and cafes aplenty as well as a growing art and music culture. There's a real community feel that our client has had an integral part in building.
